This website belongs to Carmadnezz Auto Spa. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Carmadnezz Auto Spa. Our contact details are on the home page and at the end of this page.

We collect only what you choose to send us: your name, your contact details and your message when you use a contact or quote form. We use it to reply to you and to do the work you ask about. We do not sell it and we do not use it to profile you.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

The website is built and hosted by NODE Systems. Enquiries you send are received through NODE Systems' systems, stored securely and passed to us. The service providers involved include Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (database, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany) and Resend (email, which may process data outside South Africa, including in the United States). Some of your information is therefore processed outside South Africa.

We keep your message and details only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and to meet our legal duties, and then we delete them.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Write to us at [EMAIL ADDRESS]. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
